Job Description :

• Maintain and evaluate the Firewall policies
• Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation of network systems and communications equipment.
• Technical documentation of Network Changes & Issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks
• Perform helpdesk to end-user regarding Network, Hardware, or Software
• Manage network access over Network Access Control and Web Filtering
• Working with vendor or provider for network matters
• Resolve the IT security issues/ trend
• Support system application access 

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology
• 5 years or above of IT work experience.
• Preferably supervisor that specialized in IT/Computer - Network or equivalent.
• Cisco CCNA or other networks/security certification is a plus.
• Have experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network
• Have experience in Monitoring systems like WhatsUp Gold, MRTGs
• Understand Network Routing, Switching, Security, VPN Tunnel (IPsec), Firewall, DHCP, Fail Over
• Having knowledge and familiarity with Cisco Firewall / Switch Products and Technologies
• Have experience handling Voice Router Gateway ISR
• Having good communication skills
• Able to converse in English to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region.
