Job Descriptions;

• Handling events and campaign management
• Set, plan, and implement community activation and event campaigns and strategies for both digital and offline basis.
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness and traction
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing Communication, and creative PIC to ensure alignment across division.
• Build relationships with customers, vendor, industry professionals, and journalist
• Working together with Marketing, Merchandiser, Operational and Creative Team in managing the operation on any event, sponsorship & promotion activities
• To make sure the delivery of event strategic approach, sponsorship guidance in relation with business objective
• Delivering events on time, within budget, and exceed expectations
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered effectively
• Travelling to on site inspections and projects managing events
• Responsible for creating attractive programs and events in an effort to get leads and improve company branding
• Lead the internal team and collaborate with all parties in organizing events (Internal and External Events)
• Ensuring every event goes well from preparation to completion
• Able to quickly solve problems that occur when the event takes place

Requirements:

• Age 23 - 32 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Public Relations/Advertising/Marketing or a related field
• Work experiences for at least 2 years in agency and/or experience as Event & community at Retail company
• Able to using Microsoft Office program, such as Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experienced in Retail industry is a plus
• Having a good time-management, communication skill internally and with other parties
• Strong personality, able to work under pressure and willing to work hard even above working hours
• Capable of independent, disciplined, conscientious, honest, and responsible
• Ability to work with a tenacious, energetic, creative and communicative
• Able to work cooperatively in a team or independently
• Having SIM A or C will be advantageous
• Willing to Join as soon as possible.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta Utara
