Job Description:

• Data management. Following up Mold Design Timeline dashboard and Weekly mold design report.
• Create 2D Mold Design file from confirmed 3D Mold Design files.
• Handover following 2D Drawing files to Moldshop with detail info (file location, detail modification, images) for manufacturing process and maintain the folder and filenames following standard naming convention.
• Follow up 2D drawing with Moldshop engineer, to ensure file correctness to manufacturing, quality assurance and assembly process.
• Provide Kaizen/improvement of mold design and software operation. Related to cost saving, time saving and communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical or Industrial Engineer background.
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (2D/3D CAD Programming/CAM Programming/Injection Molding/Mold Making Process).
• Good skills of Rhinoceros V5, Delcam PowerSHAPE, Autodesk Moldflow.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel).
• Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage.
