Lowongan Digital Marketing Strategist di PT Pentagon Global Mandiri

Job Descriptions:

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads (shopee, tokopedia, etc), Google Ads
• Have deep analysis on every performance from campaigns, channel, ad assets, creative content and bring insights to get the most optimal results (social media and marketplaces)
• Master all relevant metrics to campaign and control & monitor dashboard ads daily
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for continuous improvement
• Work with marketing (content and creative team) in order to create winning campaign creative. 
• Evaluate every campaign strategy and execution and propose action plan on how to improve future performance
• Create weekly & monthly reports of performance marketing activities
• Able to create landing page is a plus point
• Willing to work overtime if needed

Qualifications:

• D3/S1
• Minimum 2 years experience as performance marketing / paid ads / digital marketing strategist
• Have a proven experience in running paid ads (Facebook ads, Tiktok Ads, etc)
• Familiar with Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, Tiktok ads manager and other digital marketing tools
• Able to pursue targets and accustomed to evaluating to get even better results
• Possess an analytical and critical thinking mindset
• Good team player
