Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field such as visual arts, fine arts, or digital arts. We may accept a combination of education and work experience as equivalent qualifications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and CorelDRAW, among others.
• Knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
• The ability to take great photographs requires technical knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition, and post-processing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• It also requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate ideas through images.
• A strong creative eye and the ability to develop original designs that meet brand's needs and align with the branding guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, other designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, articulate design concepts, and receive feedback.
• A portfolio that showcases previous work and demonstrates their design style, technical skills, and creative abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce error-free designs with accuracy and precision.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
