This position is responsible for overseeing the success of compensation provided to the company to our distributors in carrying out their business.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Ensure our distributor have a long term and profitable business by promote consistent and stable business condition based on key defined parameters.
• Assist in building forecast and success measurement for distributor's incentive plans
• Review and monitoring business application tools for its effectiveness and enhancement

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for all the implementation and monitoring of distributor compensation and incentives that consist of: manage cash and non cash compensation and award , manage business reporting system and response to question from internal and distributor
2. Working together with upline to conduct detailed research from the perspective of the distributor where includes collecting, analyzing data and interpreting finding from various approaches; as well providing recommendations or insights from the results to upline
3. Lead compensation mechanism communication by conducting training to related staff and distributor
4.  Assist the execution of company sales plan by performing market intelligence analysis
