Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma of Public Health/ Engineering/ equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience working on construction site
• Must have the certification of General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum)
• Can implement Contractor Safety Management System CSMS, HSE Plan, HIRAC and K3 audit and P2K3
• Competent in auditing SMKP, SMK3, incident investigation, work environment management, emergency response management, and safety program accountability
• Understand the Document management procedures required by the Client ( SIML, BST, JSA, SIKA, other HSE Permits)
• Able to communicate in English both oral & written

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety, healthy, and environment audits
• Implementing K3 program and report
• Able to carry out HSE inspections up to its reporting
• Able to carry out K3 program planning and making K3 activity reports
• Prevent work accidents to identify workplace hazard and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions
• Knowledge of experience in handling hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Having knowledge in the field of building and factory projects.
• Able to good communication and interpersonal competence.
• Able to operate Ms. word, Ms. excel, PowerPoint
• Able to work honestly, conscientiously, disciplined and responsible
• Able to work individually / team
