Lowongan IT Infra Engineer di PT Kddi Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Handling IT Implementation project:
• Will be assigned as Project Manager for Infrastructure project (Mainly Cabling work, GPON/UPS/PBX/CCTV/Video Conference/Access System Installation) W
• ill be assigned as Project Engineer to support Project Manager, especially if the portion of network and server’s work is bigger.
• Create Kickoff Meeting Document for customer, WBS, Issue List, Design or Parameter sheet, Equipment delivery monitor, Troubleshooting report, etc.
• Coordinate with Internal Dept (Procurement, Sales and Presales), customer and vendors to complete the project without issue and delay.
• Deploy the implementation phase based on Scope of Work.
• Closing the project by providing Documentation to customer and handover to Maintenance Team.
• According to company needs, may be requested to do other division job also.

Requirement

• Indonesian citizen.
• Max 33 years old.
• IT related education background (S1).
• Min 3 years experience in IT field especially with Japanese Company.

Have experience for:

• Cable installation and IT moving work( Office fit-out, Factory and Apartement).
• UPS and power cable installation.
• PBX, Video conference, Security system (CCTV & Access Door) installation.
• PC installation (OS deployment and software installation)
• Network device configuration (Firewall (Fortigate, Paloalto, Juniper), Switch (Cisco, Aruba, HP, DELL, H3C), Router (Cisco), Access Point (Cisco, Ruckus, Ubiquity)
• Project Management for above experience, such as project phase controlling, vendor management & control, reporting.

Having knowledge and good understanding for:

• Project management process and reporting system.
• Cabling system installation (Data, Voice and GPON System)
• UPS features, wiring system and safety installation.
• PBX features and Phone system.
• Security system (CCTV & Access Door) deployment.
• Video conference installation.
• Read and modify CAD file related to construction drawing.
• HSE (Human, Safety & Environment).
• Server installation (OS & service deployment)

• Able to start working as soon as possible.
• Overtime on weekday, weekend or holiday may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Note that interview will be held in English.
• Able to communicate with Japanse both written and verbal will be considered more.
• Contribute to a good and friendly working environment; working closely as a member of engineer team.
• Able to work under pressure and eager to finish the project ontime.
• Have strong effort to work on issues to find a solution.
