Lowongan General Affair Supervisor di PT Rumah Perubahan

Job Description: 

1. Assist and cooperate with the Operations Manager in carrying out daily duties and responsibilities by mobilizing the entire Field Team to work effectively and efficiently every day;
2. Perform aesthetics values as well as ensuring all rooms and venue facilities are properly set up and ready to be used for events;
3. Prepare & control meeting rooms, lodging, toilets, to make our guests feel comfortable during activities;
4. Conducting morning and evening briefings with field teams to increase speed and expertise in work;
5. Monitor and evaluate all the work.
6. Monitor and evaluate program a regular under the Operations Manager to optimize teamwork of the field team: housekeeping, security, maintenance and the garden team;
7. Responsible for Housekeeping in terms of:

•      Readiness & cleanliness of the toilets

•      Cleanliness of all outdoor & indoor public areas

•      Availability of rooms: linen, blankets, soap

•      Availability of equipment, all chemicals and tools used by the Housekeeping team;

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in all majors.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in related fields.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a multi-tasking and challenging environment, also self-motivated.
