Accounting Executive

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum has 5 of working experience in related filed.
• Knowledge of Accurate5 software.
• Age under 40 years old.
• Ensure applicable accounting standards (PSAK as well as IFRS) are implemented and adhered to.
• Set up & monitor accounting KPIs.
• Have Brevet Certificate
•  Attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, fast learner and able to work together in a team.
• Ability to work independently with deadlines.
• Excellent at Operating Accounting System (Accurate5 will be advantage).
• Good Communication in English (Both Oral and Written).
• Highly Responsible with Good Initiative, Aggressive and Able to Work Under Pressure.

Job Descriptions :

• Preparing Journal Entry / Daily Journal & Financial Transaction (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement) in Accounting System (Accurate5).
• Preparing & Monitoring Monthly Accounting Daily Report & Transaction.
• Handle AR/AP.
• Reconcile Bank Statements & Petty Cash.
• Check and Control Data Supporting of Accounting Transactions.
• Submit Monthly Financial Report.
• Ensuring Invoice Journal and Billing are Made and Accurate.
• Handling Monthly PPH & PPN Payment and reporting summary.
• Responsible for Filling and Documenting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Computer literate including proficiency with Ms. Office, especially formulas related to Ms.Excel.
• Receive, verify and recapitulate invoice documents from internal and external vendors.
• Checking the completeness of invoice documents for payment.
