Lowongan ECommerce Admin di PT Samsonite Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Sales input to ETP correctly and on time. Data checking before entry.
2. Maintain new SKU creation such as master data, PDP, price and discount
3. Monitor and report advance daily and monthly sales report and inventory position
4. Liaise with logistic and store staff for inventory replenishment and back orders and product transfer movement.
5. Liaise with enabler for monthly settlement and Return
6. Ad-hoc ecommerce activity (such as GWP, promotion in MP etc)
7. eCommerce Invoice handling all ecommerce marketplaces and enabler.
8. Stock analysis and Recommendation.
9. Involved in all marketplace discussion.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma Degree in any field
2. With minimum 2-3 years work experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, integrity, commitment and independent with hands-on personality.
4. Computer literate, excellent in Excel
5. Good communication skill both in Bahasa and English and pleasant personality
6. Have experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred
