Lowongan Regional Manager di PT Acmefog Pertumbuhan Komersil

Requirement :

1. May have degree, capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc);

2. Formal training in retail sales principles and practices;

3. Worked as a manager in a leading edge, branded retail organisation for 5+ years;

4. Experience of working closely with marketing functions and adopting best practice.

5. To qualify, you will have at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG/ consumer electronic products industries with a degree in the related disciplines;

6. under 35 years old and ever worked at 3C and phone industry, familiar with retail or channel market at whole country is priority.

7. English and Mandarin both languages is required

Job Role :

1. Management of retail strategy, measurement of KPIs setting, Auditing standardsï¼›

2. Achievement of regional retail sales targets through; 

3. Identify retail channels (including DIY if appropriate) and appropriate partners;

4. Devise geographic and other priorities and approaches to regional market;

5. Ensure all activities are complementary to (not in conflict with) project work;

6. Contribute to, adapt and execute Indonesia retail and showroom strategies;

7. Give functional leadership to regional retail team. They report on a dotted line;

8. Ensure core sales processes and practices are executed flawlessly across region.
