Qualification:

1. Fluent in both spoken and written in English and native language
2. Diploma in Civil Engineering (is a plus)
3. Minimum3 years of prior experience as Document Controller in road, highway and structure construction
4. Have a basic understanding of documentation system in construction projects
5. ICT Knowledge of Windows (Work, Excel, CAD File)
6. Proficient in Share Point & Ms. Teams

Job Descriptions:

1. Controlling and processing all project documentation
2. Following and improving document control procedures
3. In charge of project folder setup and folder management, control of user access registration
4. Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
5. Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation
7. Scanning, editing, printing and controlled copy of documents
8. File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage Cloud Storage System or Cloud Correspondence System
9. Distribute the documents progress reports for managers
10. Producing document progress reports for managers
