JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Interface with civil engineers, and project managers to develop detailed design documentation;
• Knowing and choosing the material needed and best for project;
• Examine land boundaries and property lines by researching previous land records, legal descriptions, survey records, land titles, and other documentation
• Survey the site to gather information and precise measurements on geographic, hydrographic, and topographic features
• Advise clients, architects, and construction managers of any on-site conditions, building defects, or potential environmental impacts within boundary lines
• Prepare reports for official property boundaries on leases, deeds, plots, and legal documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 1 year of experience as a construction surveyor, land surveyor, is needed
• Knowledge of fundamentals of surveying, quality needed, material uses, trigonometry, mapmaking, and the methods, principles, and practice of surveying
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
