Responsibilities :

• Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department
• Design, evaluate and improve HRGA policy and processes in addressing businesss dynamic and in compliance with relevant regulations
• Change of company data (NIB/ OSS, etc)
• Process all document & permit company
• Manage GA functions to support business activities
• Organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily HR operations are running effectively and efficiently

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelors degree in Law/Psychology/Management HR or relevant
• Have experience at HR Assistant Manager/HR Manager minimum 3 years. (in the Food & beverage industry)
• Knowledge and have experience of HR functions (recruitment,compensation & benefits,training & development, Legal & IR, GA)
• Understand the Procedure of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;
• Experience and good in using the OSS platform is preferred
• Deep understanding on Labour Law in Indonesia; experienced in legal review for company agreement related to employment, partnerships, etc
• Good English both oral & written
• Have a good communication skills
