Lowongan HRGA STAFF di PT Alam Bersemi Sentosa

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 1 -2 years experience as HRGA Staff
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Law from Psychology or any related discipline
• Having known well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, recruitment, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration, Organization Development, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Company License
• Good knowledge of HR Business Process & HR SOP
• Having know well of building maintenance, manage of transportation, catering, office & dormitory, service organization, company license and customer satisfaction
• Responsible, proactive, having good manner, dynamic and outgoing personality
• Taking the initiative, problem detection, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skill
• Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate
• Creative, self-starter, team player and having self integrity
• Available and can join immediately (ASAP)

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational
• Coordinating HRGA operational activities on the project, including attendance issue, periodic leave arrangement & etc
• Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan)
• Monitor and Coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved
• Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy
