Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Scope:

Responsible for the overall activity of selling Fujitsu and Non-Fujitsu products (focus on services) to customers in accordance with company targets, such as revenue, margin, and sales orders. This includes finding new customers to building good relationships with customers.

Job Descriptions:

  • Market Analyzing - assess the competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market
  • Sales Enablement communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the product
  • Product Launch plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Demand Generation develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the product
  • Marketing Activity Design and develop marketing activity for scanner product.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Scanner business as Product Manager or Business Development
  • Strong knowledge in distribution business
  • Ability to work well in a team (marketing and cross-functional) environment
  • Strong track-record in leadership of teams and projects, including formulation of strategic and tactical plans
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability and desire to work on both a strategic and tactical level with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects
