Lowongan Pre-Sales Engineer / IT Consultant di PT Netmarks Indonesia

Responsibility:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business and technology requirements
• Create Bill of Quantity (BoQ) & develop technical proposals that outline the proposed solution based on the client's requirements
• Present proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of the proposed solution to clients
• Work closely with the implementation team to ensure that the solution is delivered as proposed once the client has accepted the proposal
• Providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (open for fresh graduates)
• Candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Pre-Sales Position are prioritized.
• Strong problem-solving & presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to quickly understand clients facing complex problems and advise the most effective solution
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (Network: Routing, Switching, Access Point, Security: Firewall, Endpoint Security)
• Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
