• Manage & Assist the Operation Director's activities
• Handling a wide variety of tasks and situations
• Organize and coordinate of Executive meeting
• Being a representative of Board of Director in carryying out follow up related to targets and achievements of the internal department.
• Receives and monitors all incoming calls
• Preparation of reports as required
• Ensures the filling is up to standard and easily accessible

Requirements :

• Fluent in written and oral communication skills in English
• Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Disciplined and willing to learn new things
• Detailed type of person and highly organized
• Have good communication skill, Smart, & Pro-Active
• Presentable with good attitude
• Able to work under pressure and flexible for overtime
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
