Lowongan Personal Assistant to Director (Mandarin Speaking) di PT Ant Box Goods

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director
2. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents .
3. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
4. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
5. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, , determines importance, and summarizes to appropriate staff.
6. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
7. Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned. 
9. Become a mandarin translator

Required Skills/Abilities: 

1. Fluent in Mandarin ( Speaking, Writing, Translation) is a must
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
5. Ability to function well in a high-paced
6. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
7. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Computer literate

Education and Experience: 

1. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2. At least one years of related experience required. but fresh graduated are welcome to apply
