Job Description :

1. Oversee all aspect of the product’s development, including design, testing and maintenance.
2. Manage cross-functional developer lead and team members in engineering including backend, frontend, mobile app, testing engineers.
3. Be responsible for tasks assignments and progress management for the engineering team.
4. Overall responsibility for development and rollout of any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements, or new integration requirements.
5. Participate in the requirements analysis and function design of key technical modules, and be responsible for the integrity and stability of the system.
6. Code review and optimization.
7. Set goals and objectives for development team, based on company business objectives.

Job Requirements :

1. Have a good experience in large-scale software development as Fullstack Developer and agile delivery for over 5+ years.
2. Must have programming background Java spring boot.
3. Experienced with various software delivery models and Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies.
4. Have experience in hiring and managing a team of software developers.
5. The candidate would be a commercially astute professional with the ability to balance control, governance and business needs. 
6. He/she will also be able to understand and evaluate the key value drivers of the businesses and overall organization.  
7. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes. 
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Mandarin will be a plus.
