Production Planning Inventory Control

Main function:

·       Develop, manage, and coordinate the S&OP process aligned with the Local Leadership team. 

Job Description:

• ·      Improve the medium and short-term production planning process
• ·      Manage the day-to-day production plans ensuring full availability of Finished Goods to customers whilst maximizing manufacturing efficiency.
• ·      Ensure right level of raw materials are available to meet defined production plans.
• ·      Engage Sales, Marketing Manufacturing, Purchasing and Finance to align on the “one number concept” of demand plan.
• ·      Define inventory targets and monitor them on a regular basis.
• ·      Proactively manage and action obsolete and slow-moving stock
• ·      As a key-user, continuously look for improvement to the Supply Chain Planning process

REQUIREMENTS:

•  S1 or equivalent in Industrial / Engineering
•  Minimum experience 3 years
•  Good knowledge in English (spoken and written),
• Good knowledge of “Microsoft Software” (“Windows”, “MS Office”).
• Strong communication skills, Good analytic
• Experience of managing a Sales & Operational Planning
• ·Integrated Business planning experience is a plus.
• ·Experience of Planning and Forecasting within a continuous process industry and a multi-site environment.
