General : To make the strategic thinking in order to develop and improve the business process of GA & Purchasing to be more effective & efficient in terms of cost, quality of product, and supplies inventory

General Affair

• Review, improve and do the process bidding to choosing the best Service Vendor for HQ & All Store
• Make the service standard to review of the quality of services, make the guideline to ensure all Stores have the same quality of service and also conduct the coaching to improvement the quality of services
• Responsible and control during Outsourcing deployment process and ensure the deployment is done as smooth as possible
• Opening Store task :

1. Ensure the Opening Store preparation process is follow with the timeline
2. To discuss with the Mall Management to agree the everything related with the Customer flow, Operational matters, Pest Management, etc
3. During the opening, GA Manager must ensure that all functions have been running according to plan, such as Customer Flow, Store Cleanliness, and Store Safety

• Control for driver & car asset Management :

1. Ensure the condition of Operational cars is in good condition.
2. Ensure the composition of driver and setting the driver schedule if any changing condition, including negotiation with the Outsourcing Company to solve the issue and make the counter measure.

• Building Management :

1. Review and improve the procedure of Store and Office key management
2. Ensure the condition of Office in the proper condition, such as Office desks and the seating layout, the office lighting, the office air conditioning, etc
3. Review and negotiate with the broker to deal the asset insurance premium
4. Ensure the claim process is as appropriate according to the agreement

• Lost & Found :

1. Review and improve the process of lost and found to be more safety and efficient
2. Control the Lost & Found, improve the report process from the beginning until lost & found execution 

Purchasing

• Review the process of purchase to ensure the sufficient stock of supplies during period & control the budget of purchasing including control the supplies inventory is not too high
• Together with the team, to develop the data base of supplier in order to get the best quality with the best price and the uniformity of quality
• Develop product to meet the quality needed with the best price, that can implement to all Stores
• Do the continuous improvement to build the mature purchasing management system by always having discussions with Store Operation and other related party.
