SUMMARY POSITION :

·        Check completeness and accuracy of invoice and Purchase Order submitted for payment.

·        Prepare payment for Company operational activities.

·        Maintain Employee Cash Advance

·        Maintain Petty Cash

·        Prepare on Central Bank Reporting of “Lalu Lintas Devisa”

KEY MEASURABLES :

·        Ensure completeness of document submit for payment processes.

·        Ensure accuracy value being paid to vendor.

·        Ensure existence of transaction being paid to vendor

·        Timely report to Central Bank

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

·        Receive and check the accuracy and completeness of all non-inventory invoices from user

·        Once checked and approved, prepare payment slip electronically and being release by authorized person.

·        Review cash advance and settlement report submitted by user

·        Maintain Petty Cash and its daily cash report.

·        Check the completeness on any information detail for new vendor setup.

·        Preparation and submission of monthly “Lalu Lintas Devisa” report to Central Bank

·        Other ad-hoc request / report by management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION :

·        minimum D3 on economy major.

·        Minimum experience 1 year in finance/accounting related position

·        Good understanding in accounting principles, basic computer skills (Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Good interpersonal & analytical skills

·        Fluent in Bahasa and English

·        Basic understanding on taxation (Withholding tax, VAT and)
