Lowongan Assistant Operational Manager di PT Atreus Global

Requirements:

• Min bachelor’s degree in business studies or business management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant Management experience. Preferably you will have experience in management from an IT/Technology Company.
• Have a general understanding of Finance, HR, Sales and Project Delivery subjects.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and conversation).
• Must be punctual and on-time with meetings, deadlines, deliverables.
• Adaptable, highly self-motivated, result driven with commercial experience. Willing to put in the extra hours that will come with this demanding role.
• Analytical thinking & problem solving; business oriented, with attention to detail.
• Must have good organizational as well as solid leadership skills.
• Excellent teamworking along with good inter-personal skills. 
• Excellent MS-office Knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint
• Exude confidence and able to demand respect from colleagues and co-workers.
• Be a good listener and fast learner.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company objectives and direction and be able to execute these to become reality.
• Manage and work closely with each department managers and ensure that high level objectives are translated into departmental deliverables.
• Reporting the status of each department to CEO on a regular basis and ensuring that company wide objectives are being met and on track.
• Monitoring, managing, and maintaining the effectiveness of work plans operations in its work function.
• Coordination with internal and/or external parties related to the completion of its tasks and responsibilities.
• Generate operational reports for CEO and Management.
• Implementing and ensuring a smooth workflow through the company and all its departments.
• Other Management activities as requested by CEO.
