Job Description :
1. Provide ad hoc assistance and support to the Board of Directors in various tasks and projects as needed.
2. Schedule and organize meetings, update appointments and conferences,
communicate with related parties, book and arrange travel, transportation and accommodation.
3. Help prepare various documents, papers, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Remind executives of important deadlines.
5. Manage and maintain files, records and databases.
6. Assist in tracking expenditures, reimbursement of costs, and budget allocations according to the direction of the Board of Directors.
7. Manage the director's office equipment, supplies, and general administrative needs.
8. As the main contact for the Board of Directors, managing correspondence and communications such as responding to emails and telephone calls on behalf of the Board of Directors.
9.Carry out the tasks given by Director properly
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree’s in Secretary or related any-majors.
2. Working experience at least 4 years or Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
3. Fluent in both written and spoken in Mandarin & English is a must
4. Able to operate computer, email, Ms. Office knowledge.
5. Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
6. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
7. Neat, Fast learner, energetic, great communication and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task effectively while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
8. Willing to join as soon as possible.
