Lowongan EXIM & PURCHASING STAFF di PT Uchimura Indonesia

Requirement:

1. Have minimum 1 years of related experience in exim and purchasing proven track record (especially from heavy equipment/automotive/sparepart sector)
2. Have good understanding in export and import regulation
3. Fluent in spoken and written in English
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Analytical Skill
5. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
6. Relevant problem solving and analytical skill, focused solutions and detail oriented
7. Ability to work in group or individual
8. PPJK Sertificate (if any)
9. Can join with us immediately

Role and Responsibility:

1.  Checking incoming goods, tallying with PO/packing list.
2. Checking all supported documents such as packing list, B/L, AWB, COC, insurance, etc. from suppliers.
3. Tracking purchase orders and suppliers delivery schedules.
4. Prepare and checking all document for clearance goods in Indonesia port/airport.
