Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for entry and exit management, including data entry and registration reception, personnel system data import and maintenance, establishment of personnel files and exit management;

2. Responsible for the signing, renewal, modification, termination, cancellation and other related procedures of the company's employee labor contracts, and coordinate and resolve labor disputes;

3. Responsible for daily social security, commercial insurance, etc. increase and decrease operations, and handle daily social security related affairs;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than one year of relevant work experience

2. Familiar with local labor contracts in Indonesia, social security policies and regulations;

3. Sensitive to data, serious, careful, down-to-earth, and responsible;

4. Be proficient in using office software and master the basic operation of Excel functions.
