Job Summary:

   Investment and construction company Orbita Development is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. 

   Our development company has been building investment properties in Bali for the past four years. We specialize in creating high-quality, luxurious properties that offer excellent investment opportunities.

   The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and working with incoming leads, setting up meetings with clients, and working in the CRM system. The primary goal of this role is to increase sales revenue by converting leads into customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and work with incoming leads on the phone

- Set up meetings with potential clients

- Work in the CRM system to manage leads and sales pipeline

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Experience working with CRM systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets

- Ideal candidate would be living in Bukit area or willing to move closer to the office

Conditions:

- 5 day work week, Monday through Friday

- Friendly team

- Salary 12 mln IDR if KPIs are met

- Office location in Dreamland, Bukit, Bali
