Lowongan Project Building Material Sales di PT Daelim Dobidos Indonesia

Responsibilities

1) Find source of sales

• Sales activity for retail and project filed (approaching, presentation, negotiation…)
• Build/Maintain a good relationship with customers (i.e. construction, architect, consultants, quantity surveyor, architect, interior designer, or real estate developer…)
• Branding Promotion planning
• Market research, Relevant industry analysis

2) Sales Administration

• Documentation related to sales (Quotations, sales contracts, invoices)
• Monitoring all sales process (Delivery ~ A/R collection)
• Sales report

Qualifications

• Work experience: Fresh graduate or Experienced are welcome to apply
• Education: Minimal Graduate of DIII
• Able to multitask and set priorities
• Fast and well adapted to any changes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skill, and public speaking
• Documentation (proposal or presentation)
• Positive attitude, Outgoing personality, professional integrity
• Target oriented, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility

Preference

•  Professional experience in relevant industry (i.e. sanitaryware brand, architect, construction, design, quantity surveyor, contractor…)
• Able to use Image/video Edit tools (i.e. Adobe tools - Photoshop, illustrator…)
• Fluent in English

Work condition

•  Working hour: 8am – 5pm (weekdays)
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Age: under 35
