Lowongan QA STAFF di PT Somic Indonesia

Job Descriptions :

1. Control outgoing inspection and customer complaint.
2. Analyze the quality problem found and take action to solve the problem. Develop and implement a corrective action plan for the problem which do not meet the quality assurance requirement.
3. Receive and analyze customer complaint
4. Determine the training needs of the member of the Final Inspector in order to improve employee qualifications and competencies.
5. Prepare an action plan to eliminate problems (continues improvement)
6. Standarize and review QA Standars, study the existing procedures and regulations, interact with other related member and customer to evaluate the effectivenees of the QA program, also support to prepare procedures and regulations for QA organization.
7. Create QA Document for customer
8. Control requirement document or activity for new project

Requirement :

1. Age 20 - 27 years old.
2. Good communication skill in English is a must.
3. Good skill of microsoft office (word / excel / power point)
4. Able to work alone and in a team
5. Possess at least a bachelor's degree (D-3 / S-1) at Mechanical Engineering or related field
6. Have at least 2 years of working experiences in the related field.
7. Have experience at a Japanese manufacturing company.
8. Customer handling and communication.
9. Good skill in presentation
10. Understand Process Capacity and PAP Requirement from supplier and customer
11. Have good knowledge about measurement using smalls tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Heigh Gage ,etc)
