Lowongan Sales Support and Project Engineer di PT Man Energy Solutions Indonesia

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having hands on experience in project bidding activities and its administration process for Turbomachinery products and rotating equipment. 
• Experiences in administer export/import activities
• Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
• English fluency and Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (including MS Project)

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems for After Sales Omnicare Turbomachinery.
• Create preliminary costing and price negotiations within the guidelines
• Assisting Sales in building up customer relationships and follow up of the bidding process until the conclusion of the contract
• Ensure that all incoming spare parts and services inquiries are administered and responded in time and orders are secured
• Prioritization of projects and analysis of competitive advance
• Develop and implements marketing plans, oversees the sales budget
• Close interaction with the other 3rd party Bid Manager in the different regions and the respective network in the Product Center
• Maintaining Field Service Administration scheduling activities and reports
• Support project bidding activities and its administration process
• To develop and responsible for performing a comprehensive service pricing calculation
• Tender / Quotation preparation using Company pricing policy and internal terms and conditions, detailing of bid proposal documents, editing of project list
• Quotation tracking concerning timeline, quality and costs until conclusion of contract
• Coordination / clarification of commercial details with internal interfaces
• Order settlement and handling, execution of technical / commercial follow-up tasks like securing of commercial ancillary conditions
• Daily/weekly contact and follow up with customers during execution and internally, including expediting of both internal/external customers and sub-suppliers
