Artadia Group seeking a Retail Store Manager to grow sales in existing customers and develop new Sales opportunities.

Objectives of this Role:

• Responsible for develops new business opportunities.
• Manage, maintain and develop sales opportunities existing customers.
• Monitoring and review sales performance: sales performance, inventory, customer review, product & display performance, .
• Analyzing market trends and competitors activities.
• Develops sales kit & standard operational procedures.
• Manage end-to-end sales process; research, gathering requirements, conducting meetings andpresentations, sending proposals, and follow-ups.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets.
• Managing and tracking the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Have 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management oroperations.
• Preferably from B2B Sales Retail industry.
• Experience in managed department stores in malls and modern markets.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
