Reporting to the Head of Business Unit Industrial Services at TUV SUD Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing technical, performing, and supervising inspection activities within required Company Industry Standards and Business Processes. Also supporting Technical Manager as Deputy, Report Reviewer, and develop the competency of the Technical Team in the area of Mechanical/Piping or Electrical/Instrument and/or Robotics/Drone-based inspection, and support proposal or required tender documents for qualification and/or submission.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and Manage Inspection Activities to fulfill customer orders.
•  As Technical Report Reviewer to ensure the quality of the Inspection Reports according to Business Processes and Industry Standards.
• Support Technical Manager as Deputy to manage overall inspection activities and timely assignments during proposal and execution, either in the area of Mechanical/Piping or Electrical/Instrument and/or Robotics/Drone-based inspection, as required, and to provide enrichment of leadership experience.
• Support Technical Manager as a Person in Charge of Asset Management and Usage Tracking of A-NDT Tools, Robotics, and Drones-based Inspection Equipment including its calibration records and renewal.
•  Perform competency development program for Technical Team within expertise area.
• As Expert and Technical Reference to the Technical team and customer.
•  Provide Input for Sourcing of Services, Instrument A-NDT, and Freelance Inspectors.
• Ensure timely completion of inspection and submission of inspection reports.
•  Develop and review inspection and project delivery methodologies.
•  Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, and operations including new product development.
•  Maintain inspection and related project records as per company’s policy.
•  Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to inspection.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
•  Excellent Leadership and Organizing.
•  Excellent Technical, Project, and Business Acumen.
•  Possess qualification as Senior Inspector either in Mechanical/Piping or Electrical/Instrument per the below descriptions:
•  Qualified as Senior Inspector in Mechanical/Piping:
• Qualified as Inspector with min. 4 valid certifications preferred in Advance NDT (min. ASNT L2 or preferably L3) & International Standards, with working experience of min. 6 years or more.
• Capable of leading a project team consisting of a number of inspectors to manage the work and timely reports to customers.
•  Capable of generating add-on sales in existing work to expand services to Customers.
•  Specialist in a specific area, minimum 3-5 areas in senior position i.e. API Certification with proven records and results.
• Qualified as Senior Inspector in Electrical/Instrument:
• Qualified as Inspector with min. 4 valid certifications preferred in Advanced Electrical/Instrument works and International Standards, with working experience of min. 6 years or more.
•  Capable of leading a project team consisting of a number of inspectors to manage the work and timely reports to customers.
•  Capable of generating add-on sales in existing work to expand services to Customers.
•  Specialist in a specific area, minimum 3-5 areas in a senior position such as Electrical/Power Installation Safety, Electrical Design/Construction/Testing & Commissioning, CEMS, Energy Audit, Solar Panel (PLTS), EV Power Charging Installation, etc.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•  Frequent travel required.
