Job Description :

1. Manage quantitative sensory evaluation in proper way to validate any changes in recipe is not impacting overall organoleptic parameters from existing products
2. Manage quantitative sensory evaluation of NPD in internal panel and consumer test with proper way, in collaboration with marketing
3. Conduct concept test through qualitative research, do research analysis and recommendation based on action standard like focus group discussion
4. Conduct regular benchmarking studies with direct and indirect competitors and review quality consistencies of our main products in market through sensory evaluation
5. Analyze and interpret market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify new opportunities and potential gaps in the FMCG food market
6. Gather information from outlets about product performance and consumer feedback and request and consumer feedback for existing products and relevancy with current consumer needs
7. Analyze current products USP compare with competitors and shifting in consumer needs
8. Conduct regular competitor launch activities tracking conduct recruitment and screening internal panelist based on their organoleptic sensitivity, maintain their participation trough clear rewards program
9. Train and mentor team members in sensory evaluation techniques, consumer research methodologies, and market analysis tools to build a high-performing and knowledgeable sub-department
10. Recruitment and screening for consumer test based on demography as needed, maintain their participation trough clear rewards program

Qualifications :

1. Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Food Technology, statistic, marketing communication or other related programs
2. Experienced in a Food manufacture or FMCG industry for sensory and organoleptic technique and analysis
3. Expertise in consumer research, consumer insight tools, and the methodologies needed.
4. Has done a well-known projects as the project management
5. Willing to be placed at Sentul and business travelling in various areas.
