Die Casting Senior Manager

Position Summary:

To achieve company talent strategy goals, organizational capability and effectiveness, scientific methods, process and tools are deployed to identify talent and competency gap, improve skill sets, knowledge, competency and organization effectiveness, build up talent pipeline and update policies & programs to support business success.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Die casting daily production management, production plan and organization.
• Daily engagement with another department like QA/KA/PM, 6s, quality control.
• Company management meetings.
• New projects development with Design and Development (DD).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and more than 15 years working experience in Die Casting factory management level.
• Good knowledge in Die Casting tools, profession and for 6S and quality control.
• Team oriented, independent, active, and reliable working methods.
• Fluent in English and strong communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Good attitude towards new challenges and with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
