Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Science
• Proven working experience in R & D, preferably in the edible oil industry minimum 5 years
• High level of commitment and dedication
• Understand the methods of design and development
• Be able to work independently and cooperatively in team
• Good communication in writing and verbal (English)
• Good leadership
• Good computer literacy

Job Description:

• Receive inputs from Internal and External for design and development needs
• Develop product and process design and development plans based on review of design input
• Do and coordinate the stages in design and development process, whether in the form of literature studies or large-scale trials at the plant
• Create the records and document the design and development process
• Do the review and verify the implementation of the design and development process
• Establish process and product standards
• Conduct studies on non-daily analyzes to monitoring consistency and improvement of products and processes
• Implementation of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO and SJH System
