Lowongan Factory Senior Manager (Loc: Jambi) di PT Sentosa Jaya Purnama

The Factory General Manager's main responsibility will be to provide the best practice for the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the factory’s activities to obtain the organization's maximum efficiency, production, quality, service, and profitability.

Job Responsibility

• Manage the whole factory operations to ensure high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production target, service, and profitability for the organization.
• Manage team's daily operational target in work domain & provide support to resolve any escalated issues, including and not limited to operational smoothness, effective process & resource allocation as well quick problem resolutions.
• Active in providing strategic and tactical advice and recommendations in terms of development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, work methods, and operational standards to management for continuous improvement.
• Responsible for creating a safe and conducive working atmosphere and/or environment, to support the growth of the Factory.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Technic
• Have a minimum of Ten (10) years of experience as the Factory Manager or equivalent position;
• Good computer literature
• Have good English language skills.
• Understand about TPM
• Familiar with continues process production
• Understand and master the relevant concept of Quality Awareness & Quality Management Principles.
• Proven good analytical and methodical skills.
• Strong sense of problem-solving & decision making.
• Able to make production report as well as maintenance report.
