Duties and responsibilities.

1. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
2. Supervise accounting and finance personnel to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
3. Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and following accounting principles.
4. Maintain accounting controls by analyzing statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Assist staff members in preparing accounting reports and ensure timely reporting both monthly, quarterly, and annually.
6. Collaborate with various departments to manage budgets and expenses and submit cash flow reports as requested.
7. Coordinate and assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
8. Participate in tax audits.

Requirements and skills

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting (minimum GPA 3.00)
2. Understand accounting principles, accounting standards, as well as laws and regulations related to accounting and finance
3. Proficient in operating accounting and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
4. Understand tax regulations, having Brevet A/B & C is preferred
5. Experience as an Auditor in an Accounting Firm or accounting certification (CPA) will be an advantage.
6. Have good analytical skills, thorough, honest, neat, detailed, and trustworthy
7. Able to manage time and priorities well
8. Can communicate effectively vertically and horizontally
9. Demonstrate good command of Intermediate Level Business English
10. Able to work well independently and in a team
11. Experience as a Senior Accounting for at least 2 (two) years
12. Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
