Key Responsibilities:

• Fully manage client service needs and achieve client’s business and campaign goals
• Collaborate with colleagues through clarity, and support project administration progress, such as brief, brainstorming, time planning, etc.
• Coordinates activity to ensure campaign plan objectives is delivered on time and on budget
• Conduct an intense and active communication and business relationship with clients and be the front-liner to represent the agency in a great manner
• Support creative and planning team to do research regarding new market trends and consumer insights
• Monitoring sales data to measure campaign plan effectiveness
• Collaborate with all agency resources to achieve agency sales target

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of working experience in reputable Advertising and Digital Agency and a minimum of 3 years of experience as Senior Account Executive / Account Manager / Account Director;
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and other relevant field
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make a brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models (includes advanced digital marketing channels)
• Highly experienced in Client Services: you would already have proven great and loyal networks across the spectrum of industries: in this hiring process, we will be requesting your network list, and applicants without network and portfolio will be ignored.
• A digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
• A team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced, agency environment.
• Experienced in building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high-performing account teams
• Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
