SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Lead sales team to achieve the target.
• Supervise the activities of sales and agent in order to meet sales target.
• Managing Company’s interaction with current Customer and future Customer.
• Generate new Customer and new Sales opportunities.
• Create and execute sales and marketing strategy.
• Meeting, visiting, negotiating, dealing, and communication to assigned target number.
• Sales target oriented, aggressive, and initiative.
• Monitor the performance of sales to spot work areas that require improvement.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5-7 Year(s) as a Manager of working experience in Automation Industry (Sensor, Timing Belt, Motor Gear, Power Supply, Automation Cable).
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Achieve sales target East Indonesia as well.
• Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and teamwork.
• Willing to work mobile.
