Lowongan Claim Non-MV Supervisor di PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia

Job responsibilities:

1. Instructing to register New Claim and inform its Policy Number to Claim Admin max H+1
2. Contact the Insured/Broker/Agent/Ceding and send email to request claim supporting document to the Insured/Broker/Ceding
3. Discussing with Group Leader/HOD in respect of hiring loss adjuster, consultant engineering if any
4. Responsible to deliver supporting claim document for PLA, DLA to Claim Admin team.
5. Reviewing, checking and examining each Claim Document which sent by the Insured/Broker/Agent/Ceding and make conclusion.
6. Reviewing, checking and examining each Immediate Advice, Preliminary Report, Proposed Adjustment report, Final Report which is submitted by Loss adjuster/Leader/Ceding and make conclusion.
7. Preparing Adjustment and Settlement Offer letter max. H+5 (upon receiving completed docs / upon receiving DFR), and sent to Insured/Broker/Agent/Ceding ( in case the claim amount exceeds the Authority limit, prior get approval from Group Leader/ HOD before send to Insured)
8. Responsible to monitor regularly the progress of each case which handled by loss adjuster and make sure DFR received max. H+25 after receiving completed docs.
9. Responsible to follow up Claim Outstanding to Insured/Broker/Agent/Ceding every Twice a Month.
10. Follow up Salvage Recovery and/or Claims Recovery to Vendor/Recovery Team.
11. Monitoring the delivery of transfer slip to Insured / Agent / Brokers.

Requirements:

1. Experienced in handling Non-Motor Claims (especially Travel, General Liability and Miscellaneous) for a minimum of 5 years.
2. Insurance Education, Bachelor of Law background or other education background
3. Fluently in English
4. Passing AAMAI or ANZIIF is preferred.
