Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Mission:

  1. Ensure the consistency between material external flows and documents related.
  2. Support customers contacts, forwarders and suppliers contacts during off-shift hours.
  3. Manage the physical and information flows of all shipping documents to meet forwarder, customer and government requirement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare manual paperwork for shipments (Packing List & VGM, and manual invoice) when needed.
  2. As backup during the absence of CS Support/Admin, to prepare SAP documentation (Outbound delivery andI nvoice) for shipments.
  3. Send paperwork (Packing List, Invoice, VGM, REX, COO/e-COO) to the forwarder or customer via email and follow up all necessary requirements from the forwarders or customers.
  4. Responsible for COO/SKA physical & information flows: management from forwarder to customer (soft copy & hardcopy), traceability and archiving.
  5. Contribute to update SCM collective files (booking container, picking list) when needed.
  6. Responsible for the proper filing and archiving of all shipping documents.
  7. Apply and contribute to the definition of the procedures and methods to control these activities.
  8. Address and fix all issues related to an incorrect or missing document from the forwarder.
  9. Contact forwarder not document/label compliant to ask and follow their corrective action plans.
  10. Report forwarder document and labeling discrepancies and action plans status.
  11. Control the shipping job stream in the system.
  12. Insure the pas-on during off-shift hours for ongoing issues.
  13. Organize and follow up during off-shift hours premium transportation.
  14. Responsible for proof of delivery issues when needed.
  15. Work with finance support to update API/PIB report and CO2 report before the defined due date.
  16. Organize non FG shipments (sample, components, documents, tooling, machine parts, etc) via couriers (DHL,
  17. FEDEX, etc) or registered forwarders and follow up the progress of each shipment.
  18. Manage all stationary supply and stock for Logistic team
  19. Create PO for Logistic NPP through e-proc application and follow up the progress until PO issuance to supplier.
  20. Follow up and update KPI as approved by his N+1.
