HR Generalist Supervisor

( Talent Acquisition & People Development )

Job Requirement :

·      A generalist with Human Resources, strategic talent acquisition and recruitment, and learning & development skills

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

·      Experienced 5 years in Automotive company is a must

·      Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and controlling

·      Passionate in HR Strategic area (Talent Acquisition & People Development)

·      Great communicator and able to work with people from all culture background

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills.

Job Description :

·      Provide support for end-to-end selection and recruitment activities for organizational manpower fufillment

·      Manage and develop talent management and talent pool for organizational needs

·      Provide HR advice across the whole employment lifecycle (Talent Acquisition, Performance and Talent Management, People Development)

·      Develop annual training programs, development needs assessment and recruitment report

·      Creating module, syllabus training and analyze Training Need Analysis (TNA)

·      Design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet the talent needs of each business unit
