Lowongan IT System Development Senior Executive (Manager) di PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia

We’re looking for a highly motivated leader to join our team as a IT System Development Senior Executive (Manager).

Responsibilities:

• Develop our company Application System according to business needs
• Analyze functional aspect and technical system in order to develop company system
• Manage application projects using Agile Software Development methods, especially SCRUM.
• Analyze business needs and solution for the problem

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Engineering or MIS/IT major preferred)
• At least 5 year(s) of experience in Developing Application
• Minimum. 3 year(s) experience as Project Manager
• Mastering Golang App, Vue JS, MonggoDB, and WEB API
• Strong Agile Software Development background and familiarity with SCRUM Master
• Having experience in Ceding / Reinsurance / Insurance Industry is a plus
• Having a SCRUM Master Sertification is a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Willing to be located in Cikini, Central Jakarta
