• Greet arriving guests and direct information regarding the purpose of arrival
• Driectly receive and transmit telephone, messege, and fax
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller inquiries whenever possible
• Maintain a document archive
• Coordinate with HRD regarding the employee recruitment process
• Carry out the process of purchasing for the daily activities of the company
• Negotiations prices with suppliers and principals
• Perform other related tasks as needed or required
