Job Description :

• Create financial transaction statement for company
• Record the whole expense and income based on operational company into accounting ledger
• Summarize company finance
• Check and verify the completeness of documets which connected to financial transaction
• Execute bank reconciliation - record
• Report and update any error/ mismatch record in the system
• Prepare tax inputs and payments monthly in timely and accurate manner (Pph 21, Pph 23, Pph 25, Pph 26, Ppn)
• Checking transactions related to tax regulation and input to accounting system
• Complete monthly and annual tax reports in timely and accurate manner
• Monitor withholding tax receipt an liaise with admin invoice to collect withholding tax receipt from client (Pph 23)
• Forecast tax predictions and provide to management
• Monitor current and impending changes to tax regulations and make appropriate updates to policies and strategies
• Report and account the work to VP Accounting

Job Requirement :

• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
• Preferable having knowledge and experience in the tax field
• Minimum D3/S1 of Accounting or related field
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
