Lowongan Inventory Control Staff di PT Epiroc Southern Asia

Job Descriptions :

• Proactively involve and monitor progress of inventory reduction process through analysis of inventory movements as well as reporting on trends including to find the root cause and propose the best solution
• Initiate and lead meetings with cross departments on the inventory reduction activities and progress
• Review open order and give recommendation to purchaser for order cancellation or postponement based on analysis and calculation
• Coordinate with expeditor to review order method to reduce GIT value
• Manage closely with all operation in term of stock with projection to sale
• Manage de-kitting with warehouse team
• Collaborate with operation to close and reduce SIT and WIP
• Manage closely with inventory, warehouse and transportation team on redistribution, return and scrap
• Manage and monitor inventory movement also with inventory projection
• Escalate any potential issue on inventory reduction
• Provide regular report with detail analysis

Requirements :

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or related course
• At least 3 years' experience in Supply Chain functions
• Understand Epiroc's business process
• Understand basic Epiroc's products knowledge
• Able to motorize and lead the forum with certain position and level of participants
• With good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP process specially iScala
• Database management skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Computer Literate
