Requirements :

1. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
2. Age 21-30 years old;
3. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in IT, engineering) or equivalent;
4. Able to multitask & work under pressure;
5. High motivated, mature, pleasant personality and relationship building skill;
6. Willing to join as soon as possible;
7. Fresh Graduated are welcome.

Skill and Job Responsibilities :

1. Understand about MS. Office, networking, troubleshooting PC, windows server, TCP/IP, LAN;
2. Maintenance hardware/software;
3. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
4. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
5. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
6. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
7. Setting up accounts for new users;
8. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
9. Testing new technology;
10. General Population Check;
11. Emergency Support;
12. Resource Health Check (Monitoring Gateway Server, Monitoring Aplikasi dalam Gateway Server, Monitoring Kondisi Populasi, Laporan Kondisi Infrastructure).
