Lowongan Warehouse Operation Manager di PT Linfox Logistics Indonesia

The ideal candidate is responsible for the 24 hour day to day running of the Linfox customer operation, responsible for Safety and Compliance, Operational Compliance of SAP WMS system, meeting budgeted KPI's against budgeted ABC labor plan, pallet monitoring, repair and de-hire, operational process meeting agreed QA and inventory standards and KPIs, also the development and succession planning of the operational team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the effective performance operations (end to end), report performance and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Manage and monitor over time (OT) cost.
• Ensure targeted KPI achieved.
• Develop in consultation with the sites, action plans that address identified key risks associated with the area of operation responsibility.
• Make sure a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring site plans, procedures and process changes incorporate the requirements of all Linfox Safety policies and procedures.
• Providing support and guidance to subordinates within the different contracts of the business unit (BU).
• Coordinate with peers in order fo provide compliance advice, expertise and guidance to contracts within the BU supporting their business objectives as well as ensuring the dissemination of compliance specifications, procedures, standards and related materials.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Operation Management/Supply Chain Management
• 5+ years of experience as Warehouse/Operation Manager in Logistic Company.
• Having good understanding in SAP & WM and cost management principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated competency in Strategic Planning and Budget Control.
• Strong ability to multitask.
